PRON: AX4C0244AX, NSN: 1615-01-346-0978, PN: 3010CH47D-2/9, Quantity: 84 each minimum and 384 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement, applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507 -5000. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 84 each, 480 Days After contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 84 each, 280 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 84 each, 350 DACA. This it em is restricted to Formsprag LLC., Cage Code 91422; Borg-Warner Automotive, Cage Code 99186 and Boeing Helicopter, Cage Code 77272, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the web site ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. NOTES: 23 and 26.
