PRON: AX4F0131, NSN: 1680-01-159-4618; Quantity: Min 729 / Max 2329 each, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity; Part Number: 70400-02264-059 applicable to the (BE) UH-6 0. This item is restricted to the following approved sources: Tek Precision Co (Cage Code 65780) and Sikorsky Aircraft Co (Cage Code 78286). Required delivery with First Article is 200 each, 240 Days after Contract Award (DACA) and 200 Subsequent Monthly Q uantity; when First Article is not applicable 200 each, 160 DACA and 200 Subsequent Monthly Quantity; when Alternate II is recommended 200 each, 200 DACA and 200 Subsequent Monthly Quantity. This part requires engineering source approval by the design cont rol activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) ret ain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. Deliveries are FOB origin to Texarkana, TX. Firms that recogni ze and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by assessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cann ot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the clo sing date stated above. See Numbered Notes 23, and 26.
