Description

Request for Quotations: The objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and resulting task orders is to engage a Contractor to perform audits of the comparative financial statements for Fiscal Year (FY) 2003 (ending September 30, 2003) and succeeding year for National Council on Disability (NCD) serviced by the External Services Division of GSA Kansas City Finance Center. The Contractor shall perform these audits in accordance with generally accepted Government auditing standards as specified in the General Accounting Office’s (GAO) Government Auditing Standards, including any amendments; the requirements of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Bulletin No. 01-02, “Audit Requirements for Federal Financial Statements;” other related implementing guidance; and the requirements of this BPA. The Contractor shall conduct the audit at the National Council on Disability, Suite 850, 1331 F Street, NW, Washington, DC. Quotations must be received by November 3, 2003, at 2:00 p.m. EST.
