Description

Purchase of .32cal, 83gr ammo, and .32cal, 98gr ammo, .308cal, 155gr ammo, and Lapua .308cal unprimed brass for the United States Army Marksmanship Unit, USAMU, at Fort Benning, GA 31905. Ammunition bid samples of 100 rounds are required with each offer and ammunition not meeting accuracy standards will be rejected. Specifications regarding the ammo will be listed in the Solicitation. Base Year with two Option Years. This is a requirements contract and ammo is to be ordered on an as needed ba sis. This solicitation is unrestricted. The point of contact for this action is Lauren E. Bidders are reminded that you must be registered and currently active wit h the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award. Solicitation will be available on or about 31 March 2004 on Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (http://www.acquisition.army.mil) and the Fort Benning DOC website at www.benning.army.mildoc at no cost. It is the offeror??????s responsibility to check the web site daily for any and all amendments to this solicitation. All responsible bidders may submit a response, which, if timely received, must be conside red by the agency. All bids must be received no later than 11:00 AM, 30 April 2004.
