Description: Furnish facilities, supplies and services to accommodate a conference to be held at a hotel, located within a 25-mile radius of the main gate of Fort Lewis, Washington, and has a room capacity of 10 to 160. The conference will be held from 7-23 July 2004. Services shall include: Providing single occupancy rooms, breakfast buffets, dinner buffets, dinner banquets, administrative room to be available 24 hours/day with electrical and local phone access; Room for buffets and banquet rooms, meeting room with theater style seating, podium & microphone to accommodate 135 to 350 attendees, Audiovisual and screens for the period of performance. All facilities shall be located on site at the same hotel complex. The total cost of lodging and meals for each p erson per day cannot exceed the daily per diem rate allowed by the U.S. Government. The Request for Quotations will be issued as unrestricted. Replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns; however, small business concerns should indica te interest in the acquisition as early as possible.
