Description

SOLICITATION NO: W911SF-04-B-0007 Provide all plant, labor, equipment, and materials required to to renovate building #1700, located at Fort Benning, Georgia 31905. Work includes but is not limited to all architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection, demolition and new work involving the renovation of an existing 50ft x 200ft metal building, a 30ft x 50ft classroom, a 40ft x 50ft Simulator room, office, men / women toilet rooms and the electrical and telephone room as shown on the drawings and specifications. This solicitation is for a firm fixed-price contract with an estimated magnitude between $100,000.00 and $300,000.00. This requirement is restricted to 100% HUBZONE SET ASIDE and Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for this project. There will be a pre-bid conference conducted in building 6, room 261, on 01 April 2004 at 1:30pm eastern standard time, followed by a quick tour of building # 1700. This solicitation is issued with funds available for the base bid item only (Contract Line Item Number { Clin 0001}) and SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS for additive Clin 0002. Bidders are reminded that you must be registered and currently active with Centra l Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award. Solicitation will be available on or about 25 March 2004 and will be available at no cost on Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) (http://acquisition.army.mil) and the Fort Ben ning Directorate of Contracting web page at (http://benning.army.mil/doc/) All responsible bidders may submit bids which will be considered by this agency. All bids must be received in this office by 1:00pm eastern standard time. The bid opening will be gin promptly at 1:00pm eastern standard time.
