Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of coinless vending laundry services for the Federal Correctional Institution at Loretto, PA. The contract type is firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/requirements contract. The contract period shall consist of a base period, running from date of award through twelve months from date of award and four 12 month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for the base year and each option period is estimated at twenty dryers and 16 washers to be placed in various locations within the institution. One washer and one dryer to be handicapped accessible. The solicitation will be made available on or about January 27, 2004 and will be solely distributed through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All Future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information regarding this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is on or about February 18, 2004. This solicitation is unrestricted and all responsible sources must submit a quote to be considered.
