- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to provide answers to the following questions we have received: Question 1: At the end of the first paragraph, there's mention of "Real-time, synchronous learning events." Is there a requirement for interaction between the registration system and an online learning platform? Answer 1: No. Question 2: The solicitation requests that the registration system be accessible via the web. Do you have a preference for a hosted (ASP) solution or FSA host the application? Answer 2: Please propose what you think is best. Question 3: What type of support should be included in this proposal if any? Will FSA provide any end-user support or are you looking for the partner company to provide support Answer 3: Please propose what you think is needed to make the system work successfully for customers. Question 4: Does FSA currently utilize a training/registration system? If so, what is it? Is it a commercial product or custom-developed tool? Answer 4: We curently use a Learning Management System. It is an off-the-shelf product with a number of customizations. Question 5: What is FSA's target date for implementation of the system? (Do you have a specific date the system must be operational?) Answer 5: We are hoping to make the system available to users by May 3. We are hoping to have the system available for familiarizing staff and testing by April 19 at the latest; sooner if possible. Question 6: What is the deadline for having the demo site up for your review? Answer 6: When the solicitation closes, Monday, March 29. Question 7: I would like to do a tour of the system for your staff. Is that a possibility? Answer 7: No.
