- Description
- This solicitation is for computer training of Texas Army National Guard employees in CISSP Boot Camp; Complete Hack and Defend; Customer SvcMethodology and Windows Server 2003. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This acqui sition is a 100% small business set aside (NAICS Code 611420 and Size Standard $6.0 Million). Offerors shall provide the information requested as detailed in the statement of objectives (SOO) in the solicitation. Offerors are also advised to include a co mpleted copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items with its offer. This will be a best value award, and the Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. The Government will determine th e proposal that provides the most advantageous offer to satisfy the requirements of this RFP. The Government reserves the following rights: (1) to award to other than the offeror with the lowest price; (2) to award without discussions and (3) to make no a ward.
