- Description
- Notice of intent to issue RFQ on a sole source basis to Indigo System Corp, Goleta, CA, for 1 ea. Merlin-Mid Laboratory Camera with Filter Wheel, Model 414-0012-00; 1 ea. Merlin-Mid Camera Lens, MW IR 50MM Lens, F/2.3, Si: Ge Bayonet mount Model 322-0005-03; l ea. IR Vista Processing System (end use Merlin IR Camera, System Model 421-0009-03), consisting of IR Vista, Merlin interface cable and NI Imaq Frame Grab Board; Equipment is required to gather comparison infrared images of test scenes in wavelength bands and orthogonal polarizations. Images will be used to evaluate image fusion algorithms for discrimination enhancement. Test site location, Naval Post Graduate School, Monterey, CA. A non-competitive procurement is anticipated utilizing Simplified Acquisition procedures.
