Description

SUBJECT: Solicitation of Vendors to Exhibit Healthcare Products and/or Services at the 2004 National Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinators (BCAC) and Debt Collection Assistance Officers (DCAO) Conference, May 25-27, 2004, Memphis, TN. Department of Defense (DoD), TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs), is seeking vendors to exhibit healthcare products and/or services at the National BCAC/DCAO Conference. The 2004 National BCAC/DCAO Conference will focus on customer service, the new 2004 Reserve Health Benefit Program and the critical transition now under way for the next generation of TRICARE contracts. The conference will be held on May 25-27, 2004, and the exhibit dates are May 25-26, 2004. Exhibit type will be table-top exhibits consisting of one 3ft. x 6ft. skirted table and two chairs. The cost to exhibit is $1,095.00. Further details will be provided in the exhibitor prospectus. The conference location will be at the Memphis Cook Convention Center, 225 North Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103. OASD(HA) and TMA will make exhibitor selections based on applicability to the conference focus and topical areas, as well as the order of receipt of completed applications. Vendors must request application to exhibit, by contacting the Exhibit POC listed below.
