Description

This project consists of the remodeling within an existing building to accommodate a new workshop, storage, and crew areas. This includes the construction of interior load bearing walls and ceiling for the three new areas that will support a storage loft. Included is the supply and installation of wall mounted heaters and a complete Trane 2.5 Ton, 13.0 minimum SEER rated heat-pump HVAC split system with fan/blower, filter, thermostats, ductwork and registers. The work includes all necessary electrical balancing and wiring required to accomplish the work. Additional electrical includes the supply and installation of ceiling lighting, evaluation of existing electrical panels and installation of telecom and data jacks and conduits. Telecom wiring and terminations will be done by the government. All work shall be done per manufacturer specifications and meet current building codes. Contractor shall use all material supplied by the government as listed in Section G-2; Gobernment Furnished Property. Proposed substitutions of project components will be considered, reviewed and approved by the CO/COR. Any proposed substitution must be equal or exceed the specifications of the listed produces above.
