Description: The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source contract to The Caribbean School for the elementary and secondary education of approximately 20-40 eligible dependent children of Department of Defense personnel residing in the area of Ponce, Puerto Rico. The contract will have one base year, school year (SY) 2004-2005, and four one-year option periods (SY 2005-2006 through SY 2008-2009). This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes and no formal competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted.
