Description

The Patent and Trademark Office intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.301-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). IEEE Software Service Center, 445 Hoes Lane, P.O. Box 1331, Piscataway, NJ 08854-131, is the only known source who can continue to provide the required IEEE Electronic Library product/service via their own server with IP addressing utilized by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The IEEE Electronic Library product/service is being procured for a twelve-month period. The requirement is for continued access to the proprietary IEEE Electronic Library via the Internet. No solicitation document exists.
