Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 0001- Wireless directional counters attachable by screws or adhesive backing with Liquid crystal diplay screen. 7 Ea, Or Equal 0002- Counter server and receiver with 110 volt plug, a 900 MHZ signal, and 6-wire crossover cable and plugs with ethernet port capability. 3 Ea, Or Equal 0003- Trafficflow Server license software with intuitive table & chart production of traffic data from all counters, simplified data management and editing tools, complete adjustment and re-calculation tools, flexible exporting tools, and web publishing tools. 3 Ea, Or Equal 0004- Installation of trafficflow network. FOB: Destination for delivery to Bldg 384, J Ave, Sheppard Air Force Base, TX 76311 This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F13VMP406502. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334515 , Size Standard, 500 Emp, applies to this procurement.IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
