Description: Engineering services to provide assessments and replacement solutions for all obsolete electronic components for the AH-64A/D Apache Aircraft. The replacement solutions shall take into account state of the art engineering designs, interoperability an d interdependencies. This requirement is sole source to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, Arizona, 85205-9797. This requirement will be accomplished under Order 0066 of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) DAAH23-01-G-0024. See Numbered Note 22.
