Description

BLM Request for Proposals, NAR040070, HOSELINE FITTINGS TO BE DELIVERED TO THE BLM NATIONAL INTERAGENCY FIRE CENTER, BOISE, IDAHO. Solicitation number NAR040070 applies and will be issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the following requirement: The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for the following fire hoseline fittings: 1. Adapter, 1 inch NPSH-female to 1 inch-male, minimum of 50 2. Adapter, 1 inch NH-female to 1 inch NPSH-male, minimum of 50 3. Reducer, 1 ? inch NH-female to 1 inch NH-male, minimum of 50 4. Hand Primer, 1 ? inch NH-female, plastic, minimum of 50 5. Automatic check and bleeder valve, 1 ? inch NH-female, 6 ? inch length, minimum of 25 6. Pressure relief valve, 1 ? inch NH-female inlet, 1 ? inch NH-male outlet, minimum of 50 7. Reducer, 2 inch NPSH female to 1 ? inch NH-male, minimum of 300 8. Fire foam nozzle, ? inch NH-female, 8 GPM, plastic, minimum of 100 9. Fire foam nozzle, 1 ? inch NH-female, 16 GPM, plastic, minimum of 100 10. Fire foam nozzle, 1 ? inch NH-female, 30 GPM, plastic, minimum of 50 11. Plain Wye, 1 inch NPSH-female inlet by two 1 inch NPSH-male outlets, minimum of 50 12. Plain Wye, 1 ? inch NH-female to two 1 ? inch NH-male outlets, minimum of 50 13. Gravity Sock, 9 inch diameter ring inlet, minimum of 10 14. Double Female Coupling, 1 ? inch NPSH, minimum of 100 15. Increaser, 1 ? inch NH-female to 2 inch NPSH-male, minimum of 50 16. Foot Valve with Strainer, 2 inch NPSH-female, minimum of 10 It is expected that any resultant contracts will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts for a base year plus four one-year option periods. The minimums listed above are for the base year. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS classification is 423850. Size standard is 100 employees. It is estimated that the solicitation will be issued on or about April 5, 2004 with a response due date of May 5, 2004. The anticipated award date is May 26, 2004 for a Firm Fixed Price contract(s). Offerors must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be considered for award.
