Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: Furnish Labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for specified Government-Furnished property, to construct eight (8) wells with possible modification to one well. Work will include: 1) 1 issue; Mobilization, 2) 2230 linear ft Drilling Well Hole; 3) 8 ea, Install 8 inch steel surface casing; 4) 2230 linear ft. install 4-1/2 inch PVC casing; 5) 112 ea of 50 lb bags of Gravel Pack Material; 6) 64 each, 50 lb bags of Medium Chip Bentonite; 7) 16 hours Stand By Time; 8) 16 hours Well Development and Testing; 9) 16 hours Well Abandonment. Work under this contract is located in Powder River, Custer, and Fallon County, Montana. The contractor will have 60 calander days after Notice to Proceed is issued to complete the project. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This can be submitted by Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. This award is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Contractors receiving this award must be registered in Central Contractor Registration. This solicitation will be posted electronically at "http://ideasec.nbc.gov" on April 12, 2004.
