Description

Contractor shall provide technical writing and editorial assistance to the Inventory and Monitoring Program of the National Capital Region, National Park Service. The estimated magnitude of this procurement is under $100,000. This procurement is a commercial item. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561410 with a small business size of $6 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. This procurement is 100-percent set-aside for small business concerns. A small business concern is defined as a concern (including all of its subsidiaries) having less than or equal to $6 million annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about April 8, 2004. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. To download the solicitation all interested quoters must have a DUNS number. To receive a DUNS number please contact Dun & Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505. However, all responses will be delivered by the U.S. mail or handcarried by 4 PM Local Prevailing Time, April 29, 2004.
