Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-04-042 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-21. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 444120 and the size standard is 500 employees. Line Item 1) RFJ International Corporation Koroseal Vinyl Wallcovering or equal, thirty (30) to sixty (60) yard bolts, not more than two (2) dye lots must be used to complete order, at least 15 oz. but no more than 18 oz. weight, delivery date of June 1, 2004 on-site at 320 Avery Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101. If not RFJ International Corporation Koroseal Vinyl Wallcovering, vendor must submit sample of at least four (4) feet of quoted product when submitting their proposal. The Government is requesting a quantity of 6,000 yards. Delivery to The Bureau of the Public Debt, 320 Avery Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, FOB Origin. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically compliant, low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items with their offer.
