Description

Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish Project MIN 02-3008, Repair Sewer Manholes, at Minot AFB, ND in accordance with specifications and drawings. Work is 100% general. Project has base approval. Water and electricity required will be furnished by the government. The work is not in a restricted area. Performance period will be 120 days. Statement of Magnitude $250,000 to $500,000. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)Code: 237110, Size Standard: $28.5 mil. Notice to Proceed will be issude within 30 calendar days after award. Caution: There is no Western Union or other telegraphic terminal at the 5th Contracting squadron. Offerors are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure timely arrival of any telegraphic amendments. Telegraphic offers are not authorized. Notice: Faxed offers/revisions and/or amendments to offers are not authorized. Notice: Include contractor cage code and establishment code in Block 14 of the SF 1442. Notice: Far Clause 52.232-27, Prompt Payment for Construction is included as part of this solicitation. Progress Payments will be made within 14 calendar days of acknowledged receipt, with final payment being made 30 days after receipt. This requirement will be competed as Full and Open. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-JUL-2003).
