Description

Work can be summarized as follows: The project consists of the restoration of historically significant interior finishes in designated rest rooms and the renovation of additional rest rooms. The finishes include: milk glass panels, slate partitions, terrazzo, and wood doors. Some of these finishes will be removed from other rest rooms and various portions of the building and reused for the restoration work. The project also includes painting, and the installation of new lighting fixtures. Estimated cost range for this project will be between $ 250,000.00 and $ 350,000.00. This procurement will be accomplished utilizing Source Selection Procedures and is a Set-Aside for Small Businesses Only. Procurement documents for offerors will be available on or about September 25, 2003. Project duration: 180 calendar days. NAICS codes (238150 & 235920).
