The purpose of this modification is to restate the specifications which initialy contained question marks where the work inch should have appreared. No other information or time frames have changed as a result of this amendment. The items to be provided are as follows: ITEM SPECIFICATIONS: Classification Folder Quantity 50,000 EA 9 5/8in x 12 ¼in OVERALL SIZE 9 3/8in x 11 3/4in FRONT, ½in single Ply straight cut Shelf Tab (8 ½in end tab), round corners 17 pt Kraft UB Fasteners in positions 1 & 3 (front and back cover) One 17 point kraft divider, 1/3 cut tab with Siamese Fastener (Fastener on each side of divider) 2in tan Tyvek taped expansion FOB Destination, Inside Delivery, 12 floor - Pallet jack mandatory - motorized jack recommended.
