Description

The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center intends to negotiate with Harris Corporation, RF Communications Division, 1680 University Avenue, Rochester, New York 14610, under the authority of 10 U.S.C.,Section 2304 (c)(1), for the manufacture and delivery of 101 High Frequency Radio Systems in support of the Biological Integrated Detectors System (BIDS) and the Joint Biological Point Detection System (JBPDS) under a proposed Firm Fixed Price contract. The contractor is considered to have the resources, experience and capabilities to meet the requirement within the program schedule . The minimum government specifications were previously posted in a sources sought announcement on 18 February 2004. Note 22 applies to this notice. E-mail any questions to linda.white@apg.army.mil.
