Description

The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center intends to negotiate with Harris Corporation, RF Communications Division, 1680University Avenue, Rochester, New York 14610, under the authority of 10 U.S.C., Section 2304(c)(1), for the manufacture and d elivery of 101 high frequency radio systems in support of the Biological Integrated Detectors Systems (BIDS) and the Joint Biological Point Detection System (JBPDS) under a proposed firm fixed price contract. The contractor is considered to have the resou rces, experience and capabilities to meet the requirement within the program schedule. The minimum government specifications were previously posted in detail in the CBD on 18 February 2004. Questions concerning specifications should be directed to that a nnouncement. Note 22 applies.
