Description: The purpose of this modification to the synopsis is to make changes to the issurance of the Solicitation and to the due date for receipt of proposals. The Solicitation will be issued on April 6, 2004, and the due date for receipt of proposals is now May 17, 2004 at 3 p.m. (MDT). A Site Tour is scheduled for April 20, 2004 at 10 a.m. at the Lower Molina Powerplant. Details will be provided in Section L of the Solicitation.
