Description

The General Services Administration, Public Building Service, Eastern Service Center intends to award a firm-fixed price construction type contract for Security Upgrades at two locations in Spokane, Washington. The estimated construction cost range for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Product Service Code is Z111 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220. Pursuant to FAR part 19.1305 this procurement is set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business concerns. Offers on this procurement will be accepted from all responsible and responsive HUBZone small businesses. For this procurement a concern is considered to be a small business if annual average gross revenue from the last three fiscal years does not exceed $28,500,000.
