- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT GS-05B-17438 The United States Government desires to lease modern quality Class A office space in an existing facility within the Central Business District of Cincinnati, Ohio. The Central Business District of Cincinnati, Ohio is delineated as follows: NORTH: Central Parkway; EAST: Broadway; SOUTH: Third Street; EAST: Central. A minimum of approximately 16,150 net usable square feet to a maximum of 17,500 net usable square feet of office and related space. The space must be fully serviced including all utilities, janitorial and snow removal services. The office space must be contiguous, and preferably on one (1) floor. The space must be in compliance with the Federal Government?s standards for fire safety and handicapped accessibility, and/or with local code, whichever is more stringent. The space can be altered to meet the government?s space requirements. The successful Offeror will be required to provide proof of ownership of the building. Offeror must provide all required services, utilities and maintenance over the life of a ten (10) year lease, with a minimum of 5 years firm term. Occupancy is required by January 1, 2005. The General Services Administration does not use tenant brokers to represent the government in lease negotiations or transactions. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposal submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership.
