Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to perform inspections, maintenance and testing of Hangar Deluge Systems at USCG Support Center Elizabeth City, NC. NOTE: A Certified Representative of the Alarm Manufacturer System shall accomplish all Inspections, Maintenance and Testing of the Fire Detection System in accordance with NFPA 72. A contractor qualified and licensed to perform such work shall accomplish all Inspection, Maintenance and Testing of the Deluge System in accordance with NFPA 25 and 409. The NAICS is 561621 (SIC Code 7382) size standard $10.5M. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The contract will have a base period of twelve months from the date of award with four-option periods of 12 months. The Due Date for Proposals will be annotated on the Solicitation (SF-1449) when issued. A Bid Bond is not required. A Plan Holders or Bidders List is NOT available. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings (if applicable) shall be available for download exclusively from the Internet o/a 04/15/04, by accessing the U.S. Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit Cleveland website at http://www.eps.gov .
