Description

Provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, components, supplies, tools and qualified supervision required for the ICU Consolidation, Building 200, 2nd Floor, at the Edward Hines Jr., VA Hospital, Hines, Illinois. Work includes all phases of the general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures, asbestos abatement and certain other items required by the construction documents. NAICSC code is 236220. Estimated issue date is April 16, 2004. Estimated dollar range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Award is subject to the availability of funds. The solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available free of charge at the Department of Veterans Affairs Business Opportunities System (BOS) website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Interested parties may also access the solicitation and specifications on the FedBizOpps website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. However, drawings are ONLY available on CD-ROM.
