- Services Nonpersonal: The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to perform as a Technical Order Distribution Office (TODO), which shall provide on-site distribution, maintenance and annual inspection of 185 Technical Order Libraries for the Directorate of Maintenance (MA), in accordance with the Statement of Work and TO 00-5-1, TO 00-5-3, TO 00-5-15, TO 00-5-19, AFMCMAN21-1 dated 24 Jan 03, AFI 21-303 dated 01 Oct 03, NAVAIR 00-25-100 and NAVAIR 20-25-500. (See attached DRAFT Statement of Work). Period of Performance is 1-Basic Year and four 1-year options. Basic Year: 01 Oct 2004 through 30 Sep 2005 Option I: 01 Oct 2005 throught 30 Sep 2006 Option II: 01 Oct 2006 through 30 Sep 2007 Option III: 01 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008 Option IV: 01 Oct 2008 through 30 Sep 2009 This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. NAICS 541513, Size Standard $21 Million. Destination: Tinker AFB, OK. The Request for Proposal (RFP), FA8101-04-R-0002, will be posted on Federal Business Opportunites. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 16 Apr 2004 and approximate response date for bids 21 May 2004. Contractor is required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. Contractors can obtain additional CCR registration information by calling 1-888-227-2423 or may register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov.
