- 29?OVERHAUL / REMANUFACTURING OF KC-135 CONTROL ASSEMBLY, POC: CHUCK BAUTISTA / LGKIA/ (405) 739-9441 or by e-mail at teofilo.bautista@tinker.af.mil. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 13 April 2004; the closing date will be 13 May 2004, at 4:00 PM Central Time. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish the Overhaul and/or Remanufacturing / Modification of Control Assemblies, Part Number: 458-50063-2, NSN: 2995-01-146-4956 and Part Number: 458-50063-1, NSN: 2995-01-146-4952. Additionally, the successful contractor may be required to pass an Initial Production Evaluation of 1-5 each Control Assemblies (P/N: 458-50063-2) and 1-2 each Control Assemblies (P/N: 458-50063-1) before authorization is given to proceed with the remaining production, to include any option year (s) production. The use or non-use of the IPE (Initial Production Evaluation) and PAS (Preaward Survey) requirements are strictly at the discretion of the U.S. Government (Item Manager / Program Manager of the Requirements Directorate and the Cognizant Contracting Officer) of the U.S. Government! The resultant Requirements Contract will consist of a 1 Year Basic Contract with 4 One year option periods. Exercise of any option period is strictly at the discretion of the U.S. Government (Item Manager / Program Manager of the Requirements Directorate and the Cognizant Contracting Office). The Contractor is required to perform all labor, provide all facilities, equipment, testing materials and equipment, packing and packaging, serializing and or marking of assets for any resultant contract or option exercised. Assets will be returned to the U.S. Government in serviceable condition in accordance with the work specifications, Technical Order(s) and or OC-ALC Engineering instructions contained in the contract. The contract will be a FIRM FIXED PRICED REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT with 100% Contractor Furnished Material (CFM). Government Furnished Material and CAP will not be utilized and are not authorized! Over & Above will not be a part of this contractual instrument and is Not Separately Priced! Data in accordance with the DD 1423 and Appendix ?B? will Not be Separately Priced. CLIN: 0001AE; Option, Year Four - 10 each. CLIN: 0001AA; Option, Year Five - 10 each. CLIN 0002: NSN: 2995-01-146-4952, P/N: 458-50063-1, Noun: Control Assembly, Application: KC-135. CLIN: 0001AE; Option, Year Four - 4 each. CLIN: 0001AA; Option, Year Five - 4 each. CLIN 0003: OVER AND ABOVE: Not Separately Priced! CLIN 0004: DATA IAW DD 1423 and APPENDIX ?B?: Not Separately Priced The Government Delivery Rate is as Follows: CLIN 0001 2 each 30 days after receipt of a funded order and or reparables whichever is later and 2 each every succeeding 30-day period thereafter until completion of all items ordered. CLIN 0002 1 each 30 days after receipt of a funded order and or reparables whichever is later, and 1 each every succeeding 30-day period thereafter until completion of all items ordered. Qualification Requirements are available! Sources must be qualified and approved prior to being considered for award. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product / service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1.
