Description

This amendment to the original Request for Quotations is to include the following additions: 1) In addition to the minimum meal requirements the contractor should also include bread and or assorted rolls with butter/margarine in each meal. 2) The selected contractor shall also provide for Warming and Cooling beverages. This shall consist of prepared coffee, a soup broth, and hot water with packets of hot chocolate, tea and disposable cups. These items are to be ready for transport to the f ield by Oregon Army National Guard soldiers for their lunch period and some night-time training activities. The unit is to provide the containers for transport and the contractor will ensure that the containers are cleaned and ready for the next days even ts. 3) The warming beverages shall be for 147 soldiers each day from April 24 to May 6, 2004. 4) The original due date remains the same.
