Description

41 - This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to make an award, sole source to Hussman Corporation, 12999 Saint Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton, MO under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Per FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for the Inst allation of three (3) Walk-In Coolers, in accordance with Technical Specification No. AMSS-OPB-TS-2003-ET-04, Drawing Numbers 53-990 ME-1051 & 53-990 ME-1000. Technical Specification requires fabrication and installation of three (3) Walk-In Coolers with a single stage temperature controller. The control of these coolers shall be connected to an existing primary control system and monitoring system that exist in the same building. Final acceptance will be based on system performance after installation at Pine Bluff Arsenal and shall evaluated on acceptance criteria. This synopsis of intent to award a contract shall not be considered a solicitation. Thus no contract award will be made on the basis of any response to this notice. POC Annie M.
