Description

USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the service to (1) design a prototype (two 50cfm series connected systems) biofilter, (2) compare/select material for system construction, (3) manufacture/build one prototype rotating series connected biofilter, (4) transport to Ft Hood, Texas, and return to ERDC-CERL's designated location, and (5) provide start-up service. The period of service will be no later than 31 December 2004. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with Bioreaction Industries as a follow-on project to prior work. Request for W9132T-04-T-0084 will be issued on or about 16 April 2004 with a closing date of 27 April 2004.
