Description

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 1) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 2) 52.212-2 -- Evaluation -- Commercial Items. 3) 52.212-3, Offeror, Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 4) 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, with an addendum; 5) 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. This requirement is subject to the terms and conditions associated with the Service Contract Act and associated wage rates as contained in Wage Determination No. 1994-2103. The solicitation number is 0404AN34261. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This requirement is being issued by GovWorks under the Department of the Interior Franchise Fund on behalf of the Missile Defense Agency. GovWorks procurement will handle the solicitation and resultant contract administration as well as payment of invoices. GovWorks is a Federal Franchise Fund Contracting Office under the authority of the Government Management Reform Act and provides contracting support to all Federal and DoD Agencies. Missile Defense Agency has a requirement for the following cleaning services to be performed: 1.Quarterly Services: Recondition the entire top of floor. Professionally maintain a clean computer environment of all furniture, media racks, windows, ceiling vents, carts, sills, tape racks, cabinets, glass desks, disk/tape racks, printers, control units, window sills and shelves. Removal of all ink, grim and toner on hardware devices. Vacuum intake and exhaust vents on all hardware devices. 2.Annual Services: Application of anti-static preservative to hardware devices. Subfloor audit. 3.Optional Services: Airborne particle test and certification. 10 Gallon Hepa Filter Vacuum with a two stage motor. 4.Contractor will provide all necessary cleaning supplies to perform duties listed above. The total work area covered by the specifications is approximately 2,150 square feet. Services must be performed during the following regular working hours: Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. Period of Performance will be one year from date of award with two one-year options. This requirement will be procured under commercial practices utilizing Performance Price Tradeoff as the basis of award. The government reserves the right to award to other than lowest price. This competitive acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 561720. The successful offeror will be required to register in the CCR database prior to award. Special Instructions: The Contractor will be required to provide Missile Defense Agency with a list of the names of the individuals performing the cleaning services and the corresponding vehicle license plate number and state. This list will need to be provided to Missile Defense Agency no later than 1 week before the scheduled cleaning dates. All quotes must be in English and US dollars only. No substitutions.
