The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about April 16, 2004. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION ARE NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL QUESTIONS REGARDING SOLICITATION UNTIL IT HAS BEEN POSTED. The National Park Service (NPS) is soliciting for a firm-fixed price contract to identify and recommend potential enterprises that would generate revenue to support a Chesapeake Bay Gateways Network (CGBN) Network-wide non-profit support partner. The work product will include sufficient business planning for each potential recommended enterprise to identify three-year revenue, the implementation steps to reach that level of revenue, and the ways in which each enhance the primary goals of the Chesapeake Bay Gateways Network. Prosepective offerers desiring to conduct business with the National Park Service are requested to register at the National Business Center. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 2001-16 requires all contractors to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov) prior to any award.
