Description
GSA SEEKS INFORMATION ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE IN BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON AMOUNT: Approximately 8,050 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of space. Space offered should be contiguous and located on the same floor without being split by a public corridor; first floor is preferred. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Availability of commercial and public on-site and off-site parking shall be considered as award factors in evaluating offers. By occupancy, the leased space and building shall meet the requirements of ADA, the National Fire Act and local fire codes. LOCATION: North of the intersection of East Holly Street and Lakeway Drive, South of East Bakerview Road where it borders Britton Road on the East and Alderwood Avenue on the West, East of Alderwood Avenue to the point that Alderwood Avenue joins with Willowood Avenue, and West of North Shore Drive and Van Horn Road and running along Britton Rd due North to East Bakerview Road. All properties within this will be considered. REQUIREMENTS: Specific services, supplies, and tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Lease term will be for Ten (10) years firm. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is desired for no later than November 1, 2005.
