Description

The Office of Personnel Management intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed price purchase order to MS Technologies Corporation, 18572 Office Park Drive, Montgomery Village, MD 20886 to provide rountine and preventative maintenance on the Center for Retirement and Insurance Service's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System. Description: The contractor will be required to provide routine and preventative maintenance as well as software and hardware upgrade on the IVR system during non-business hours that will not affect the systems operations. This is not a request for competive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement are invited to submit in writing, within 15 days of publication of this notice, complete information describing their ability to provide these services. Such information should contain pricing information for providing these services. The Government will not pay for information provided. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competive requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the Government's discretion.
