Description

ISSUE DATE: 04/17/04 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to make repairs to the wave screen and fixed pier at U.S. Coast Guard Group/MSO Long Island Sound, New Haven, CT (New Haven County). The work includes the removal, disposal and construction of a section of timber wave screen and repairs to an existing timber wave screen, recoating of rock anchors, and repairs to a concrete pier. There is also an optional bid item to replace the low water wale at the same location. The estimated cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 dollars inclusive of the optional bid item. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 04/17/04. The date for receipt of bids is scheduled for 05/17/04 at 2:00 p.m. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 19, and is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 237990 and the size standard is $28.5 million. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted solely on this web site.
