Description

The VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Consolidated Contracting Center (RMCCC) is seeking the services of a Federal Supply Schedule contractor to provide Coagulation Cost-Per-Reportable-Result (CPRR) testing services to VISN 19 participating Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Services. Services will be provided to the following VISN 19 medical and health care facilities: (1) Eastern Colorado VA Health Care System, Denver, Colorado; (2) Montana VA Health Care System, Fort Harrison, Montana; (3) Salt Lake City VA Health Care System, Utah; (4) VA Medical Center, Sheridan, Wyoming; (5) VA Medical Center, Cheyenne, Wyoming; (6) VA Medical Center, Grand Junction, Wyoming; (7) VA CBOC, Billings, Montana; and (8) VA CBOC Pueblo, Colorado. This announcement is extended "only" to vendors with current Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contracts for Coagulation CPRR services. VISN 19 will not review or consider open market offers at this time. Quotation packages will be available o/a 4/14/2004 and may be downloaded from the BOS Internet Address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov, or you may request a copy, in writing, to the Contracting Officer at the address stated herein.
