Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: Pike County, Kentucky. REQUIRED: The required lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced conforming to meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. On-site parking is required for 8 vehicles. Reserved parking is preferred. Space must be ready for occupancy on November 2004.
