Description

Sources Sought Announcement For Automated Software Entity Relationship Extractor. This announcement is a request for information. The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is seeking information from sources that feel they are capable of providing off the shelf software that evaluates and qualifies an automated tool that can extract and link names, organizations, and other entity information contained within the unstructured text of several hundred million text files in English and other languages. All offerors products will also be evaluated to determine effectiveness in demonstrating the ability to identify and depict the relationship path between any two entities, and be capable of conducting searches both on the proximity of entities and semantic content. This is a Sources Sought and does not commit the Government to award a contract under the above listed terms, nor is the Government responsible to pay for samples or information received. A cutoff date of 30 April 2004 is established for the submission of responses.
