Description

Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity contract, RFP, other than full and open competition, for Battery Assembly Lead Acid unit package EA, manufactured by Milpower Source Inc. (0B7R6), critical application item for quantity of 79 EA DVD. MSDS and hazard warning labels are required. COS is coded N therefore the solicitation is IAW Far Part 15. RFP will result in 79 EA estimated for base year and will include four (4) option years to DVD locations for NSN 6140-01-453-8592. This NSN has inspection and acceptance origin, QAP 001. The solicitation does not contain progress payments and the quantity variance is plus 0% minus 0%, delivery is 30 days. This procurement does not have surge requirements. A paper copy of this solicitation SP0430-04-R-1973 will be posted to the gateway so offerors can obtain on the progate link http://progate.daps.mil.home after the solicitation issue date and close dates are 22 April 2004 and 24 May 2004 respectively.
