- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Requests For Quotation (RFQ) shall be issued and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. Quotations shall include unit price, proposed delivery in days (after receipt of order), company and Tax ID number and DUNS number. Each unit shall be individually packaged i.a.w. commercial standards. Each unit shall be individually marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129P. Bar Coding In accordance with ANSI/AIM BC1 is required. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is HSCG40-04-Q-20208. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 1-20.
