Description
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking potential qualified small businesses interested in performing field review appraisals in any of the following areas: Massachusetts - 25 reviews; Hartford/Bridgeport, CT - 20 reviews; Main and Vermont - 5 reviews; New York City and 5 boroughs - 50 reviews; Buffalo/Rochester/Syracuse - 50 reviews; Newark, NJ - 25 reviews; Pittsburgh, PA - 25 reviews; Baltimore County, MD - 100 reviews; Richmond, VA - 40 reviews; West Virginia - 10 reviews; Detroit, MI - 25 reviews; Grand Rapids, MI - 25 reviews; Columbus, OH - 15 reviews; Cleveland, OH - 20 reviews; Cincinnati, OH - 15 reviews; Washington, DC - 50 reviews. Interested vendors may view the Statement of Work (SOW) at HUD's Contracting Opportunities page on the Internet at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm. HUD intends competitively procure these services between small businesses. The resultant awards will be indefinite quantity contracts with a term of one year. The number of anticipated reviews listed with each geographic area is just an estimate and HUD reserves the right to change these estimates anytime prior to award of the contracts. HUD has determined to solicit these services as a small business set-aside procurement. For purposes of determining size status NACIS code 531320. After reviewing the SOW, only interested small businesses should provide the required information stated below to the following e:mail address: Donna_Crowley@hud.gov or fax it to Ms. Crowley's attention at 215-656-3453. With the notification of interest, interested vendors should provide the following information: 1.) Qualifications sufficient to ascertain the vendor may be able to perform the requirements stated in the work statement, including any relevant knowledge and experience. 2.) Identification as to the vendor's business size status. Do not submit a company overview or unnecessarily elaborate materials; submissions should not exceed 3 standard pages when printed. Vendors who do not provide the mandatory information will not be considered. Interested parties must respond no later than 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time, April 16, 2004.
