Description

Tugs to provide harbor support services and ship handling for the Hampton Roads region, including James River Reserve Fleet, near Fort Eustis, VA, Norfolk Naval Station, Norfolk International Terminal, Craney Island, Hospital Point, Lambert Point, Thimble Shoals, Southern and Eastern Branches of the Elizabeth River and Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Cheatham Annex and York River, and Cape Henry. The IFB and any related documents for this procurement will be available for downloading on the Federal Business Opportunities website on/about 04/26/2004. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
