Description

Contractor to provide all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and supervision necessary to perform the work for Project #692-04-101, entitled ?Renovate Building 201 Corridor? at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics, White City, Oregon. Scope of work involves the renovation of Building 201 corridor into offices. The project will consist of the renovation of approximately 8,000 sq. ft. of an existing 2-story corridor and ramp system. Asbestos abatement will be required, as well as special lead paint handling procedures. Work involves structural, architectural work with alterations including demolition of existing structures and installation of new floors, walls, ceiling finishes, doors, door frames and interior trim, electrical and mechanical and certain other items as shown in the contract documents and drawings. NAICS: 236220, Size standard $28.5 mil. This is a small business set aside. Project magnitude: Between $500,000 to $1,000,000. Bid documents should be available electronically approximately April 15, 2004.
