Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 1 each, Amplifier Research 80-1000 MHz, 5000 Watt input power, Log-Periodic A ntenna, p/n: AT1080A; 2 each Amplifier Research Isotropic E Field Probe, 80 MHz-40 GHz, 3 to 300 V/m, p/n FP5083 KIT; 2 each, Amplifier Research non-metallic Tripod for Models AT1000, AT1080, AT3000, AT3100, AT4001-AT4003 & AT4510, p/n: TP1000A; 1 each, Ti mes Microwave Cable Set, MT340R/40FT/NM/NM (40 FT); 1 each, Times Microwave Cable Set, MT340R/20FT/NM/NM (20 FT). Estimated delivery by 12 May 2004. Offers are due no later than 1300 hours, Friday, 9 April 2004 and shall be submitted electronically at vi rginia.miller@epg.army.mil. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated on Best Value based on the following criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the Requirement, Delivery Schedule and price.
