Description

NA Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to survey and construct an additional 2-foot thick cap on an existing capped landfill. Contractor will haul borrow materials from an existing Government-owned borrow pit. Work is located in Dona Ana County, New Mexico. The project is being advertised as 100% HUBZone set-aside. Price range is $100,000 to $250,000. Period of performance is 45 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the offered price, Payment and Performance Bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation package will be available by electronic posting. and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about April 26, 2004. As of October 1, 2003, contractors must be registered or have updated their registration at the Central Contractor Registration webside at www.ccr. gov. This registration is necessary to receive notification of amendments, contract award and will facilitate payments.
